Let’s go to the seaside and walk with or without shoes, with the wind in our ears and our gaze firmly focused on the sea. I will guide you along the walk with a series of meditative assignments and exercises. Reax, unwind and enjoy the here and now.

We will walk 5 to 7 km at the beach and in dunes and will stop to enjoy the sunset. Bring along sunglasses, sandals and something to drink.

You will enjoy a beautiful evening beach walk that will have you sleep like a baby tonight!

Take off you walking boots and enjoy the here and now!
