Walk your spirit | 2 hours

You have often heard about meditation, but never really tried it?

Or perhaps you have made a few attempts yourself?

Or maybe you are already experienced?
 

In each session, you will receive a brief overview of meditation from ancient times to today. You will practice towards achieving more peace of mind and learn how to integrate meditation into your daily routine.
 

We will work on the 7-point posture to find the ideal meditation position. Then, we will optimise our breathing, explore the workings of the spirit, and delve into mind training and meditation. We will practice in silence towards achieving 'absolute peace of mind'.
 

You will have learned to relax and breathe, taking the inner serenity home with you.
