Walk your senses | 3 hours | morning

Let’s go to the seaside and walk with or without shoes, with the wind in our ears and our gaze firmly focused on the sea.

I will guide you along the walk with a series of meditative assignments and exercises. Relax, unwind and enjoy the here and now.

We will walk 5 to 7 km at the beach and in dunes and will stop to enjoy the sunrise. Bring along sunglasses, sandals and something to drink.

You will enjoy a beautiful morning beach walk that will kick off your day, energised and with a smile!

Take off you walking boots and enjoy the here and now!
